Piloting of the Singapore Student Learning Space (SLS)

Minister Ng Chee Meng visited Admiralty Secondary School to announce the piloting of Students Learning Space (SLS). During the visit, Minister Ng observed two lessons and participated in a Professional Learning Community (PLC) Session. He joined our Secondary 3 students in a Social Studies class to explore the topic of "Common Space" in our neighbourhood using a MOE resource package in SLS. He also joined our Secondary 2 students in a Mathematics class who was learning the concept of probability supported by SLS. 

Thereafter, Minister Ng interacted with a group of teachers in a PLC session who were discussion the lesson design and analysing student learning process using SLS. The programme ended with a media doorstop interview, during which Minister Ng shared on the vision and aims of SLS and how it supports teaching and learning.
